Nope. If you’ve got one, we’ll use it. If not, send us a sketch, a photo, or even just the gist of what you’re trying to solve — we’ll take it from there.

Can you do just one part?

Yes. One part, five parts, small batches on repeat — that’s our thing. Clearly more parts means better the per part pricing, but we will work with you to strike a good balance.

Every project’s different, so we quote based on complexity and materials. We’ll walk you through your options and give you a clear price before anything moves forward.

It depends. We’ve turned things around in a few days when needed. The minimum is 5 business days, but if it’s time-sensitive, we can usually find a way — partial shipments, rush jobs, whatever it takes.

We use high-quality FDM filaments — PLA, PETG, ABS, and others. We’ll recommend what makes sense based on how you plan to use the part.

Tiny or palm-sized is fine. Anything up to about 10 inches cubed (256x256x256mm) works. If you have larger assemblies, we can identify options for multi-part assemblies as well. Whatever makes the most sense for our respective businesses.

Yes. If you just need the CAD file and want to print it elsewhere, that’s no problem.

Absolutely. We accept STL, STEP, and OBJ files. If it’s ready to go, we’ll quote and print it.

Yep. If it needs to be cleaned up, assembled, or packaged in a specific way, just let us know.

Yes. Once we’ve got your design on file, reorders are easy.

Yes — and we’d love to. If you need the same part every month or on-demand in small quantities, we’re set up for that.

If we can measure it or understand how it’s supposed to work, chances are good we can redesign and print it.

Yes. Just give us a heads-up and we’ll do everything we can to meet your deadline.

Smaller jobs are paid on delivery. Bigger or more complex projects may require a deposit. Either way, we’ll be clear about it up front.

Not right now — U.S. only.

If it fits in a 10-inch cube and you’re tired of dealing with vendors who don’t get it — send us a message.
